RAFFLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Raffle conducted under the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW) ('the Law') on behalf of NSW Rural Fire Service Association (‘NSW RFSA’) ABN 36 154 998 320.  NSW RFSA is authorised under Charitable Fundraising Number 22439 in accordance with Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 (NSW) and Charitable Fundraising Regulation 2021 (NSW) to fundraise. 4Mile Pty Ltd, ABN 76 604 807 294, 9 George Street North Strathfield NSW 2137 promotes this raffle, email: info@4mile.com.au, website:www.4mile.com.au, ph: 1300 625 702. All proceeds go to NSW RFSA. In accordance with the Law, NSW RFSA will receive not less than 40% of the gross proceeds after expenses are paid to 4Mile and other suppliers for expenses associated with the conduct of the raffle. Not more than 60% of the gross proceeds will be paid to suppliers.

Raffle 132 commences on 01/02/2024 and ends at 5pm AEST on 29/05/2024. The raffle will be drawn at 2pm AEST on 31/05/2024. Winners will be contacted by phone, mail or email. Raffle results will be published on www.rfsaraffle.org.au/raffle-winners the following business day after the draw.

Raffle 133 commences on 28/03/2024 and ends at 5pm AEST on 30/07/2024. The raffle will be drawn at 2pm AEST on 01/08/2024. Winners will be contacted by phone, mail or email. Raffle results will be published on www.rfsaraffle.org.au/raffle-winners the following business day after the draw.

Photographs of prizes are used for illustration purposes and may not depict the actual prize. If a prize is not available at the time of the draw, a prize of equal or greater value will be issued at NSW RFSA’s discretion.

Ticket Prices: 3 for $15, 4 for $20, 5 for $25, 10 for $30, 15 for $40, 20 for $50 and $2 per ticket thereafter.

VIP T&CS

A free lottery for the purposes of section 10 of the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) is conducted in association with Raffle 132 & 133. Whilst entry into the free lottery is free, participants must sign up to the Heroes Club and contribute a successful direct debit payment that will be applied to the relevant Raffle being conducted at the time, every month for 12 months (“Eligibility Criteria”).

A direct debit payment will be made on the 15th of each month unless this date falls on a weekend or public holiday in which case the direct debit will be made on the following working day.

The free lottery will consist of one (1) prize each month for 12 months and will be drawn on the 28th of each month unless this date falls on a weekend or public holiday in which case the draw will be conducted the following working day.

Free lottery prizes

Participants who meet the Eligibility Criteria will go into the draw to win a $2,500 Coles Myer Gift Card. Winners will be notified by phone or email at the time of the draw. For any additional terms and conditions that apply to prizes, please see above. Free lottery prizes will be distributed within seven (7) days of the draw.
